*7:00 PM – Presentation* - IHE's President, Zoe Weil, author of *Most Good,
Least Harm: A Simple Principle for a Better World and Meaningful
Life*<http://humaneeducation.org/sections/view/most_good_least_harm>.
Hosted by the College of the Atlantic <http://www.coa.edu/html/home.htm>,
the talk is being offered to their summer program participants and the
general public.

Zoe will speak about the 7 Keys to the MOGO (most good) principle through an
interactive presentation that will leave you motivated to make your own life
an expression of your deepest values. Every day we are bombarded by doomsday
scenarios, advertising that promotes endless consumption, a declining
American economy, and growing environmental problems. But there is a
philosophy and path that can create a better world and more joyful, healthy,
and engaged lives: when we do the most good and the least harm in our daily
choices, acts of citizenship, community, work, and volunteerism, we create a
life of inner peace while contributing to the building of a peaceful,
sustainable world for all.

workshop because space is limited to the first 15 who register. Pre-
registration is required. To register, contact Bob Jones at 664-6190 or
bobjonesinnz at yahoo.com
When we hear from you, I will send you directions to the location. We don't
like to advertise the location in advance to avoid getting too many folks
who show up without notice and we aren't adequately prepared.
The cost is $10 plus any organic material you care to contribute to the
garden. This will truly be a potluck garden. You will learn how to build a
vegetable garden on top of existing soil, grass or weeds using a simple
technique referred to as "no dig" gardening. This is done by adding layers
of organic material which decomposes and becomes soil very similar to what
occurs in nature. This is a "hands on" workshop, working with others to
