SUMMARY AS OF:

Directs the President, by the earlier of January 1, 2011, or 90 days
after the enactment of this Act, to submit to Congress a plan for the
safe, orderly, and expeditious redeployment of U.S. Armed Forces from

information regarding variables that could alter that timetable.
Requires plan updates every 90 days.
