of young people who have taken up farming. The screening will be on
Friday, April 15 at 7 p.m. in the college’s Gates Community Center.

Smithereen Farm in New York. Following the film will be a panel of young
farmers including the manager of COA’s Beech Hill Farm, Alisha
Strater, von Tscharner Fleming and others.

the last decade. According to information about the film, it is the hope
of the filmmaker's “that by broadcasting the stories and voices of
these young farmers, we can build the case for those considering a
career in agriculture-to embolden them, to entice them, and to recruit
them into farming.” For more information on the film, visit
