I would prefer to receive the weekly calendar. It would help me keep the
number of incoming e-mails down.

Thanks.

Subject: [HCCN] question about releases - pls don't forward

Hi - Thanks so much for spreading the word about activities at COA.

I'm wondering, however, if that's too much information? I understand from my
friend MaJo, who I've cc'd on this email, that when I send you releases from
College of the Atlantic that they get forwarded to a wide community of
readers. Would people rather just have COA's weekly calendar of events? I
don't want to bombard people, or oppress them.

I believe MaJo would like to be off your list, if indeed, that's how she's
getting the info. (I think so, as they have HCCN prominently in the address)

Or should we talk about a happy medium? Feel free to call me at
207-266-4470.

Thanks for all your work!

Donna
