>> installation at the Iraq War Dead Memorial on Main Street. More than 6,300
>> flags representing US military killed in Iraq and Afghanistan will be removed
>> from the ground as the memorial field is prepared for winter. This year
>> Peninsula Peace & Justice dedicates the Veterans Day observance to members of
>> Veterans for Peace, in Maine and around the nation, who work to abolish war
>> as an instrument of national policy.
