[HCCN] Full-scale Penny Poll report on the web

I've put together a full-scale report (graphs, data, coverage) of the 
statewide results of the Election Day Penny Poll on federal expenditure 
preferences. For those who are interested, of course :-)

As far as coverage, I only have three items -- the press release, the 
state op-ed, and a piece in the current MDIslander. If anyone has links
