The short summary is that the more connected people are to their
schools, the higher they are likely to rate them.

Conversely, the further away and more disconnected people are from
their schools, the more likely they are to describe schools as
generally falling short as the result of larger societal problems.

This corroborates that people who happily will support their own local
schools may very well NOT be depended upon to support more distant
schools.
