Hi
With consolidation becoming mandatory and having at least one high
school, are the present buildings going to be big enough to
accommodate potentially many more students? If this is so, what are
we going to do? Build more schools at what cost while abandoning many
others. Where is the savings going to come from. It looks to me that
we are going to spend a great deal on new construction. Is bigger
better I doubt it.
The collective bargaining laws of this state give teachers a right
bargain. According to the paper yesterday, higher salaried teachers
could see a freeze in their salaries. How can the legislators violate
our rights?
There are so many unanswered questions how come no public comment on
this issue. Is the government scared of us? The government is
supposed to be us but you don't want our input shame on you. Before
anything is voted on you should have all your I's dotted and all your
T's crossed which you certainly don't now.
	Thank you for listening,
	David Renault
