[Local-Maine-Schools] effect of EPS formula

In case anyone needs proof that the EPS formula resulted in a shift of
funds from small schools to large schools, I have prepared the
attached .jpg graphic.  I recognize that it is not easy to understand
immediately, in part because I have used a semi-logarithm plot of the
data and analyze the data with linear regressions.  I would be happy
to provide a) a more complete (verbal) description of what this says;
and/or the .grf file which includes all of the data for someone to
display it differently using free software.
