[Local-Maine-Schools] They still don't get it

It's interesting that in todays BDN article about this issue:

it seems to still be assumed by "everyone" that (a) administrative costs 
are out of line, and that (b) the only cost savings to be found are in 
K-12 educaiton (as opposed to in the State governmental machinery).  It 
certainly is a case of false alternatives: save on administration or 
nothing, save on K-12 or nothing.

Pretty frustrating.
