[Local-Maine-Schools] Local control not necessarily lost

I'm preparing a description of what actually happened yesterday, 
including the fact that local control was not necessarily lost, thanks 
to our excellent trio in Augusta.  The description isn't quite ready, 
but someone has pointed out that it isn't appropriate to leave a wrong 
impression on the list by the posting I forwarded earlier.  Hang on a 
few more minutes :-)
