[Local-Maine-Schools] Thanks to Matt Baya

Paul is right to offer thanks to Matt Baya, provider of the email-list 
service that has made Local-Maine-Schools possible.  In addition to his 
role as a tech guru for a major research facility here, Matt runs a 
local web-hosting business called SVAHA (http://svaha.com/).  His role 
as a good-citizen-in-the-background of the community in helping groups 
such as ours is well known, and in this case he went even beyond THAT 
call of duty.  He not only made his mail-list server available, but was 
instantly responsive whenever "strange things" happened that interfered 
with getting the word out.  If you want to say thanks, he's at
