I couldn't agree more, Brian.  You're the only play-by-play person we 
have, and you've been doing a wonderful job.

My only sadness is that I'm not sure that what I'm seeing is a 
compromise.  As far as I can tell, we still have 26 districts and 
decision groups that cannot accomodate the voices of all towns.  There 
will be potentially disastrous cuts in funding.  There will be forced 
consolidations (I can't believe there won't be some kind of significant 
disincentive for not cooperating).  If this is not the case, I'm 
misreading something and would appreciate any encouraging insights to 
the contrary.
