Hi,
Thanks for having me at your meeting last night.  You folks are well 
organized and are doing a great job.

I wanted to let you know that the Bowman plan does not have a local approval 
vote in it.  I think people believes it does.  The reason given last night 
by Sen. Turner is that the Office of Fiscal and Financial Review could not 
verify that the savings by the bill would meet the budget need.  If the 
local have an approval vote and then turn it down, that would create a hole 
in the project and needed savings.

Please share this with the others.
