[Local-Maine-Schools] Farrington Plan

Hi to all.
There is some confusion over the email sent by Heather Perry for me concerning the MSSC meeting.  The plan included in the email is from Rep. Farrington of the Ed Committee and is supported by some members of the Ed Committee.  It is a plan we need to look at and follow carefully as it is far better than the Approp. bill.

There is no doubt that the Legislature will pass some bill on education this session and we need to make sure it is something we can live with.

I am tied up again this week with the Board of Environmental Protection, but will try to stay in contact the best I can, either directly or thru Heather.
