[Local-Maine-Schools] Governor vetos LD 1932

And this is what he is quoted in the Portland Press Herald as giving  
as the reasons for it.  His assertions are patently false. Shall we  
conclude he does or does not know the facts?

In a statement, Baldacci said such a structure “would encourage more  
bureaucracy and allow for the expansion of an inefficient means of  
school governance. Maine would likely end up with more school  
districts, not fewer.”
