Thank you again for your seemingly tireless contribution to this discussion.

Todays statistics provided by you address the underlying problems inherent 
in the "administrative consolidation" legislation. The EPS funding formula 
is seriously flawed.

Few if any of us would have voted to increase GPA funding to 55% four years 
ago-if we were aware of the inequitable distributions that followed.

We need to make the public and our legislators aware of these inequities-
