Hi
I talk to Rep Savielo who is co-chair of the Rural Caucus to suggest
that he invite a cross section of RPC members to speak to the Caucus and
he thought it would be a good idea.  It would be a 8am on February 5.
That is also the same day the Approp. Committee will working on the
Supplemental education budget.

I encourage you to talk to your RPC  people to go to the meeting.  We
can decide who would make the presentations, but we should have a big
turn out for the Caucus and for the Budget hearing.
