[Local-Maine-Schools] CORRECTION: Winners and losers: 'preliminary' cuts in General Purpose Aid for Local Schools

Apologies to all. The other evening, the late hour and my own weak
eyesight combined to make me mis-identify one of the 'winners' in the
preliminary subsidy figures that the Department distributed on
Tuesday.

I listed SAD 56 in Searsport as anticipating a substantial increase of
$661,746 or plus 10%.

The figure is right but the school system was wrong. It's SAD 55 in
Porter that gets that increase, not SAD 56.

In the Department spreadsheet, SAD 56 is listed as getting an increase
of $134,191, an increase of 3%.

Thanks to SAD 56's business manager Brian MacFarland for bringing the
error to my attention. I apologize for any problems I caused him by
my mistake.

Brian
