Re: Story for RPMAttached is another interesting article from the Rural School and Community Trust, which was published today, I believe. I know that Marty works out of Vermont, and I think that Robin works out of Pennsylvania. Isn't it interesting that people from out of state "get it", but our leaders do not.
The article is well worth reading and forwarding to all your friends.

I checked with Marty Strange, Rural Trust Policy Director, and he says that it's fine for MCSS to use the RPM story and that you don't need to wait for RPM to come out. We just need for RPM to be credited with the story. It's fine to say that the story is forthcoming in the October Rural Policy Matters.
I've attached a PDF of the final version. Let me know if you need it in a different format.
