I can only tell you that I am working hard to get answers to all sorts of questions about this, and things continue to develop. You can understand the goal of trying to head of a worse disaster later by taking reasonable measures now, and that is really what is driving this agenda. With burgeoning costs and continual demands to lower taxes, the Governor has taken a position that we must act quickly on all fronts. I am not committed to voting for anything I don't understand better. I'm continuing to do my homework, and have been comforted by some answers I was getting from Cmmr. Gendron Friday.
