<p class=MsoNormal>I can’t believe that even the revised plan passed. I don’t
even think the ink will be dry on the RPC before Brewer gobbles up the
Orrington school district. I’m still stunned that the various teachers
unions did not band together to fight this.<o:p></o:p></p>

I’m originally from Ohio, so I’m not a familiar with Maine process.
I’ve read a bit on people’s referendums and people’s vetoes.
Do either hold any possibility in this case?<o:p></o:p></p>
