connection between our commissioner and Rowling is actually the letter
to the editor from Judy Sproule pointing out that Ms. G can fairly be compared
to a certain Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts. Please, don't confuse Rowling,
who stands strongly against evil, with one of her most scary and reprehensible
characters! Otherwise, I agree with your take on their
cartoons.</FONT></DIV>
