consolidation,I would like to clarify.I did not mean to in any way disrespect 

Mr. Hubbell and the heroic work he is doiing.Apparently others do not 

aggree ,and I have already recieved and duly noted their concerns.One even said 

I had a "backsider" mentality.I am not from here,and had to learn what that 

meant.But the writer used it with  ease and fluency.person .Call it what 

you want,but my point is that to not have an all-inclusive discussion on the 

issues of consolidation,is to sell the debate short.Theres no getting around the 

demographic issue,and I was simply trying,clumsily, to frame it.I once again 

appoligize to anyone I may have offended,and in the future I will try to be more 

eloquent and less visceral .</FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML>
