or by e-mail is the last chance I shall have the opportunity to mail
petitions to anyone for collection of </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>signatures
on Tueday.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>We have send out a fair number of petitions.
Dick Dyer is doing a great</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>job of finding collectors for a lot of communities
in southern Maine where we have not previously collected
signatures.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>For all of you who are collecting signatures on
Tuesday, please e-mail me Tuesday evening with the number of signatures you
collected that day. </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>Please take them to the
registrar of voters for verification and make sure that you sign the petition in
the presence of a notary and have her or him sign and date the petition.
The send the petitions to me at PO </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>Box 52,
Stonington, Me. 04681. Our goal is to gather 18000 signatures </FONT><FONT
face=Arial size=2>on Tuesday so that we shall have over 60000 signatures.
