Alfond to Ought NOT to Pass voted 15 in favor and 20 opposed (motion
failed) the bill will now be sent back to the House for enactment.
Since the Vote Dick Gould and I have attempted to solicit support from the 15
who voted NOT to pass this LD. We need 4 of the 15 below to change their
minds when this comes back to the Senate which could be as early as
tomorrow. They are listed below: Call them if you know
them call the main number below but what ever you do call and leave a message
that you want them to support DELAY PENALTY when it comes before them again. If
you have friends and relatives in their districts get them to call for
you! We could not budge a one today So if you want the DELAY please CALL
