Alice Rothchild, "Finding a Just Peace in Israel-Palestine" talks in Augusta and Portland on April 22

Speaker: Dr Alice Rothchild, co-founder and co-chair of American Jews for a Just Peace-Boston and author of Broken Promises, Broken Dreams: Stories of Jewish and Palestinian Trauma and Resistance

Alice Rothchild is an obstetrician-gynecologist who has worked on health care reform and in the women’s movements for many years.
Since 1977, she has focused much of her energy on understanding the Israel-Palestine conflict.

She co-founded and co-chairs Visions for Peace with Justice with Israel/Palestine, now American Jews for a Just Peace-Boston and co-organized the AJJP Health and Human rights project which sends medical delegations to occupied Palestine.
