Rachel Maddow interviews New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who has spearheaded the increasingly successful effort to hold banks criminally/financially liable for their actions in the mortgage crisis. He’s the co-chair of a Presidential task force that is unique in that it is actually doing what it is supposed to do. And he makes the point, referring to the populist progressive resurgence stimulated by and/or represented by Occupy, that you don’t get change by electing the right people but by creating a movement that induces the people you elect to do the right thing.
