I wanted to be sure you know about our MOGO (most good) Workshop, July 14, Surry, 8:30 – 5pm. Would you share this with anyone you think might be interested? Scholarships are available as well.

As you know, there are many global problems causing harm and suffering to people, animals, and the earth. In the MOGO Workshop we consider ways that we can help transform destructive systems, and build a better world for all.

This workshop is led by Zoe Weil, president and co-founder of the Institute for Humane Education. Zoe speaks regularly at universities, conferences, schools, churches, and in communities around the United States and Canada and overseas. To get a sneak preview into the workshop content, watch The Solutionary Generation, a new TEDx talk by Zoe:

In our MOGO Workshop you will:

  • Learn how best to help people, animals, the environment and yourself all at the same time.
  • Increase your knowledge about the interconnectedness of human rights, animal protection, environmental preservation, and issues of media and culture.
  • Gain confidence, skills, and insights for nurturing meaningful systemic change.
  • Communicate with others more compassionately and effectively.
  • Find support and inspiration through a caring community.
