Public Forum on NAFTA Reform with Congressman Mike Michaud
Wednesday, April 8, 6-8 pm
Alamo Theatre, 85 Main Street, Bucksport

President Obama pledged during his campaign to work to re-negotiate  
NAFTA and CAFTA to be better for workers and the environment. As co- 
founder of the House Trade Working Group in Congress, Mike Michaud is  
committed to leading the charge for fairer trade deals. In this public  
forum, Michaud will discuss the Trade Reform, Accountability,  
Development and Employment (TRADE) Act he is co-sponsoring, and other  
fair trade and labor issues.

This free public event is co-sponsored by the Maine Fair Trade  
Campaign; USW Locals 1188 and 261; the Hancock County, Waldo County,  
and Penobscot County Democratic Committees, Food AND Medicine, and the  
Eastern Maine Labor Council.  Doors will open at 5:30, and  
refreshments will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to bring a non- 
perishable food donation to help fight hunger in our area. For more
