FINDING A JUST PEACE IN ISRAEL- PALESTINE
Speaker: Dr Alice Rothchild, co-founder and co-chair of American Jews
for a Just Peace-Boston and author of Broken Promises, Broken Dreams:
Stories of Jewish and Palestinian Trauma and Resistance

Capitol, Pat's Pizza at corner of State and King)
(She is also speaking from 3-5 PM at USM, Glickman Library, Portland)
Alice Rothchild is an obstetrician-gynecologist who has worked on
health care reform and in the women's movements for many years.
Since 1977, she has focused much of her energy on understanding the
Israel-Palestine conflict.
She co-founded and co-chairs Visions for Peace with Justice with
Israel/Palestine, now American Jews for a Just Peace-Boston and co-
organized the AJJP Health and Human rights project which sends
medical delegations to occupied Palestine.
