In all the list's transition complications, I neglected to mention that 
the sleek new powerful server this list is running on, AND the domain 
name mainetalk.org, both come to us through the courtesy of Matt Baya -- 
of Ellsworth and Jax Lab and a myriad of SVAHA.COM lists he's provided 
over the years.  He also hosted our list on the old server, and I just 
realized that my description of the old server might have seemed like a 
complaint about his service.  As Brian can attest, Matt has been ever 
responsive (amazingly so at times) to our problems, and would have moved 
the list much earlier except that the conditions weren't right until now 
for doing so while retaining our past-correspondence archives.

Matt and the lists he provides are a remarkable example of service to 
the community.  Feel free to thank him at matt at baya.net.
