Here's something that should interest all, but may be of particular
interest to the many teachers and other school staff members on this
list.

Warning that the time and costs required for merging disparate
bargaining units within new regional school units have neither been
fully discussed nor accounted for, one of our subscribers who has a
great deal of experience with collective bargaining has provided this
useful chart that shows what happens in the school legislation under
different circumstances:
