Good Morning
     As you may know, the Senate is not in session today, but the House 
is.  They have until 5pm to get amendments drafted.  Some of will be 
there today to talk with House members.
     Tomorrow should be a day we have a good turn out.  The most 
important thing you can do is to try to pin your legislators down so we 
know where the votes are.  It looks as if  they may not get 2/3 vote in 
either body, but everything is fluid right now.
     If you are not familar with the Capital the best place to park is 
in the parking garage.  If you can't park there, a parking lot is 
located just below the parking garage looking north from the State 
House. I will update you when I get back from Augusta today.
