LD 914 An Act to Establish Indigenous Peoples Day is back on to go to the House for vote as early as Tuesday.
The two committee members who were missing during the vote on whether to keep Columbus Day evidently came back in the room after observers had left and voted against Columbus Day.

So it is a tie vote (which may mean a divided report will come out of committee) and the bill can move forward!
We must contact our representatives to vote against keeping Columbus Day!
